Standard Winter Program

The standard winter program does not use volunteers at the office, and does not use a team – centric approach to collection of data. Interaction with individual spotters is used for the standard winter program.

Effective collection of winter weather data can be achieved using standard tools, and use of those standard tools is being encouraged by the agency supported.
